Henry is the founder of Pro Active Lab, striving to create a multi-disciplinary clinic, aiming to support those who haven’t got access to professional medical teams with elite level rehabilitation.

Having been apart of the Dings Crusaders RFC medical team since 2018 and numerous roles in between with football league clubs and privately with combat athletes, Henry has a keen eye and understanding of what the body needs and how to reach optimal performance.

Away from clinic, Henry enjoys anything and everything outside, as long as it involves coffee and a pastry.
